Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice, washed
  • 3/4cup French beans, finely chopped
  • 3/4cup carrot, finely chopped
  • 1/4cup red capsicum (Red bell pepper)
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 2 spring onion, chopped
  • 1/2tsp soya sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Green chili (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil rice in 2 cups of water
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan
  3. Add all the veggies except the spring onion greens
  4. Add little amount of water and cook for 5 minutes
  5. Add the rice, soya sauce, spring onion greens and salt
  6. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes
  7. Turn off heat
