  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar (optional, if watermelon isn't very sweet)
  • Splash of water or coconut water (if needed for blending)

  • Fresh mint sprig

Instructions

  1. For a thick, slushy consistency, cut the watermelon into cubes and freeze them for at least 2 hours beforehand.
  2. Add the frozen watermelon, Greek yogurt, mint leaves, lime juice, and honey (if using) to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and bright pink. If it's too thick to blend, add a small splash of water or coconut water.
