Ingredients

  • 3 large scoops (about 1.5 cups) vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon molasses (the key ingredient!)
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Optional:
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For Topping:
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Place a tall glass in the freezer.
  2. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. Blend on medium speed until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and a light tan color.
