- 1 full-size graham cracker sheet, crushed

- Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth blending.
- Place a tall glass in the freezer.
- In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, softened cream cheese, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream (if using).
- Blend on medium speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. There should be no lumps of cream cheese.
- Add half of the crushed graham crackers to the blender and pulse just 1-2 times to incorporate.
- Drizzle the inside of the chilled glass with strawberry sauce (if using). Pour in the shake. Top with a huge swirl of whipped cream, a generous sprinkle of the remaining graham cracker crumbs, and fresh strawberry slices.
