Ingredients

  • For the Shake Base:
  • 3 large scoops (about 1.5 cups) vanilla ice cream
  • 2 ounces (¼ block) plain cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream or Greek yogurt (for tang, optional)
  • For the "Crust":
  • 1 full-size graham cracker sheet, crushed
  • For Topping:
  • Whipped cream
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Fresh strawberry slices or a drizzle of strawberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth blending.
  2. Place a tall glass in the freezer.
  3. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, softened cream cheese, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream (if using).
  4. Blend on medium speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. There should be no lumps of cream cheese.
  5. Add half of the crushed graham crackers to the blender and pulse just 1-2 times to incorporate.
  6. Drizzle the inside of the chilled glass with strawberry sauce (if using). Pour in the shake. Top with a huge swirl of whipped cream, a generous sprinkle of the remaining graham cracker crumbs, and fresh strawberry slices.
