  • 1 scoop (about 30g) vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • ½ ripe banana (fresh or frozen for thickness)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sweetener to taste: 1 teaspoon maple syrup, honey, or pitted date (optional)
  • Handful of ice cubes (if not using frozen banana)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients—pumpkin puree, protein powder, almond milk, banana, nut butter, spices, vanilla, and ice (if using)—to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. The shake should be thick and frothy.
  3. Taste the shake. Adjust sweetness or spices to your preference. If it's too thick, add a splash more milk. If too thin, add more ice or a few tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
