- ½ ripe banana (fresh or frozen for thickness)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sweetener to taste: 1 teaspoon maple syrup, honey, or pitted date (optional)
- Handful of ice cubes (if not using frozen banana)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients—pumpkin puree, protein powder, almond milk, banana, nut butter, spices, vanilla, and ice (if using)—to a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. The shake should be thick and frothy.
- Taste the shake. Adjust sweetness or spices to your preference. If it's too thick, add a splash more milk. If too thin, add more ice or a few tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
