- Whole wheat bread, sliced 2 slices (50g)
- Avocado 1 (220g)
- Lime juice 1tbsp (15ml)
- Olive oil 1tsp (7ml)
- Chili powder (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Toast both bread slices
- In the meantime, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel
- Use a fork to mash the avocado and combine with the other ingredients
- Spread the toast with the avocado cream
