Strawberry French Toast

Ingredients

• Eggs 2 (140g)
• Whole wheat bread, in slices 4 slices (100g)
• Strawberries 100g
• Milk, low fat 80ml
• Ground cinnamon (to taste)

Instructions

1. In a shallow bowl, whisk both eggs together with the milk and cinnamon
2. Dunk the bread slices one after the other in the egg mixture until they’ve begun to soak it up
3. Place the bread slices in a pan and cook on both sides
4. In the meantime, place the strawberries in a bowl and mash with a fork
5. Spread the strawberry mash onto the toast, stack the slices on top of each other and then cut down the middle
