Ingredients
- Tomato 1 (120g)
- Coconut oil 1tsp (8ml)
- Eggs 3 (210g)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Feta, low fat 100g
- Fresh spinach 40g
Instructions
- Cut the tomato into small cubes, coarsely chop the spinach and briefly brown with the tomato in a pan with coconut oil
- Scramble the eggs and put in the pan, season with salt and pepper and mix well
- When the egg starts to thicken, crumble the feta by hand and add to the pan
