- Whipping cream 80g
- Almond flour 280g
- Baking powder 8g
- Salt (to taste)
- Blueberries 110g
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 0C/360 0F
- Beat together the eggs, sweetener, coconut oil and whipping cream
- Add the almond flour, baking powder and salt. Use a hand mixer to combine into a creamy batter
- Fold in the blueberries and pour the batter into muffin molds
- Bake for 20 minutes
