Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Cream cheese 63g
- Ground Almonds 30g
- Cinnamon 1/2tsp (1g)
- Butter 1/2tbsp (5g)
Instructions
- Use a mixer to blend together the eggs and cream cheese
- Add the almonds and cinnamon into the mixture
- For each pancake, heat a small amount of butter in a pan over medium heat
- Pour some of the batter in the pan and cook for at least 4 minutes until the top starts to form small bubbles and stiffen
- Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook for at least 2 minutes until both sides are light brown
