Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Cream cheese 63g
  • Ground Almonds 30g
  • Cinnamon 1/2tsp (1g)
  • Butter 1/2tbsp (5g)

Instructions

  1. Use a mixer to blend together the eggs and cream cheese
  2. Add the almonds and cinnamon into the mixture
  3. For each pancake, heat a small amount of butter in a pan over medium heat
  4. Pour some of the batter in the pan and cook for at least 4 minutes until the top starts to form small bubbles and stiffen
  5. Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook for at least 2 minutes until both sides are light brown
