- Apples 2 (280g)
- Sunflower seeds 2tbsp (16g)
- Papaya 250g
- Clementines 2 (200g)
- Lemon ½ (80g)
Instructions
- Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan and then set aside
- In the meantime, use a grater to grate the apples and place in a large bowl
- Peel the papaya and clementines, cut the flesh from each into bite-sized pieces and add to the grated apples
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add to the bowl
- Mix the salad well and garnish with the roasted sunflower seeds
