  • ½ bell pepper (any color), diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • For the Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp ground crayfish (optional, for authenticity)
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Salt to taste

  • Hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Instructions
