- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt (optional)
- Lemon wedges and fresh parsley for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, thyme, rosemary, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt (if using).
