- 1 tbsp finely diced onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (or low-sodium soy sauce)
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch of black pepper
- Non-stick cooking spray or ½ tsp olive oil
- 2 large lettuce leaves (e.g., Romaine, Iceberg, or Butter lettuce)
- Toppings (optional):
- 1 slice tomato, 2 slices red onion, mustard, sugar-free relish, or 1 tbsp tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, gently mix turkey, onion, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and pepper. Shape into a patty.
