Ingredients
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup fresh zobo leaves (or 2 tbsp dried)
- ½ cup ripe pineapple (use less for stricter control)
- 1 small cucumber (peeled)
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (or whole oats)
- ½ inch ginger
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Blanch zobo leaves in hot water for 2 mins, then drain (reduces oxalates).
